My wife and I went to Wendy?s for lunch today and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. No one acknowledged that we were... standing there even though their were 5 people there. They saw us but said nothing. I asked if someone was going to help us andthis women?s response sent us out the door. She said, I am working the counter but I?m doing this right now. Referring topacking bags for the drive thru. She didn?t say I will be with you in a moment or anything else. Clean and modern new location with cheap pricea and delicious food. Workers were friendly and they even had a sink outside of... the restroom in case you just wanted to wash your hands, superb indeed. Read more
Double Stack was Hot and Juicy Fries were fresh and Hot Food Came out in a timely manner People that work there are nice.
This is a relatively new store. The seating is very limited. The staff was not interested in maintenance as the napkin holders... were empty and tables were not wiped down. The burger arrived hot and delicious but the fries were mediocre and luke warm. Maygive this place another try and hope for a better outcome. Read more
Three teen boys at the window. I was handed 3 bags and asked, "is this everything?" "Yes." I pulled into a parking spot and we... started to eat and my child told there were no baconator fries in any of the bags. I walked in to get my fries. The shreddedcheese wasn't even melted. I get back to the car and the kids said there was no BBQ sauce nor my ranch. So I walked back inagain for the sauces. Didn't realize it until I got back to the car again, but I was handed 2 ranch, 1 BBQ and 1 sweet and sour,which had a puncture through the top of it. Read more
This place is absolutely poorly run and a danger to their customer's health. I've had bad experiences waiting in line and... receiving cold food, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Attached is an image of a RAW chicken sandwich. It astounds me thatthis could even happen as this Wendy's was just built. A disgusting place. Read more
Only my second visit there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Both looked and tasted like they had their better... days behind them. Not sure how long ahead they make the food but this stuff certainly looked like it had been around a while. This would have been more understandable (but still unacceptable) if it was late in the evening but I was there around6:00pm. Hopefully this location gets it's act together... There are some really bad reviews posted here so these appear to be asystemic operational issues and not one-offs. Come on Schnecksville Wendy's, you're making Dave look bad. Read more
