had a bad experience the time I went before, but this time service was fast food was hot

Wendy's never disappoints. Food was hot, drink was cold and service was fast and friendly.
My order is never correct, empowers are rude, and if closed outside of typical hours, they let people sit in line at the drive... thru and ignore them while sitting on phone. I waited 15 minutes after pulling in behind a line of cars that they ignoredthrough the speaker before calling. When informed over phone they were closed, as I drove out, more than one employee standinginside on cell phones ignoring customers in line outside. Someone really needs to take control of that place. Drive thru window has a lady sitting in a chair. The hours sign above her... has a hand written note under it saying don?t stare. Now if she has a problem and can?t stand, I apologize but get rid of thenote! Read more
Went to get food at 8:20 pm 6/17 and staff refused to take orders for anyone (whole line of cars in the drive thru) because it... was ?too close to closing time (9pm). If they want to close at 8pm, that?s cool but have that as posted hours and don?t refuseservice 40 minutes before closing. Read more
Posting in window says dining room open 10am-8pm. So I went next door to drop my vehicle off for service at cole krum. Walked... over and to go in Wendy's and the doors were locked. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. Only open Wednesday, Friday & Saturday? What a joke. I drove here from the Plainwell Wendy?s... because they were out of peppermint Frosties. Now I get NOTHING. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
