Place was pretty busy when we got there. They got us on the waiting list that ended up being 45 minute wait. Luckily there is a... brewery a couple blocks away so waiting over there was no problem. Once in, the space is beautiful staff is super nice andhelped with deciding what to order. And then the food, everything fresh, focused on getting the flavor out of the shellfishwether having raw oysters or the clams with their sauce. Coctails were good too to top it off. Read more

We went to the restaurant on Wednesday, and was the first customer there at 4pm. The place filled up quickly afterwards, but... there were still a few tables open when we left around 5:30. The oysters were wonderful! The menu had 7 oysters sorted bybraininess, which was really helpful. All the other plates we had were fantastic as well. Oh, don't miss the bread. They wereprobably the best bread in town! Read more

Delicious oysters from around WA! Even the briniest ones are near the sweetest if compared to east coast oysters! To get to... this place, follow the hallway all the way until the end! Also arrive 10 minutes before opening time (for us it was 4pm) to bethe first ones in line for a table! Oysters are honestly fairly pricey - running you $3-4/each even during happy hour but veryhigh quality. Had a few new unique flavours! My favourites were baywater and summerstone! Read more

Overall a great experience. Arrived at 6pm on a Friday and were told 45minute wait for 2 people. We waited next door at the... Barnacle and the host came in to get us when our table was ready (they automatically transferred the tab which was veryconvenient). Comfy space, great customer service, and really enjoyed the food. We came right before it was open and the line had already started. Please be aware the restaurant is located at the end/corner... of the building. The line starts inside the building. The line moves fast. Seating options are indoor & outdoor; the space issmall & tight between tables. It takes time for the food to come out especially for oyster. Their HH for oyster is a few dollarsoff on regular price. We ordered variety dishes and the portion is small. If you like seafood, I strongly recommend to checkthis out. Read more

The food is phenomenal. I don't even like oysters and I love this place. Staff and service are like Trader Joe's employees... x1000. I wish I had taken a photo of the dish ordered with fish; it was my favorite. Request the bread comes out with entrees soyou can use the bread to sop up the sauce. Or order more bread. Also whatever they make for dessert, just get it. They. Know.Whats. Good. My only comment (and kind of warning) is there is absolutely no reason in the world why the scallop dish as anentree was so darn tiny. Don't get me wrong it tasted amazing but imagine taking a scallop and slicing it into 5 slivers andthat is about the size of the dish. List it as an appetizer for better reference. I really can't complain though because eachsliver tasted like what I imagine the fruit of the gods tastes like. Read more

I lived in the area for 6 years and was never able to dine here. Came back on a business trip last week and got a seat…woah!... Definitely worth the wait. We had fantastic cocktails, the sardines were phenomenal, and the oysters couldn’t be beat. Thisplace is a Ballard staple. Read more

This was an amazing place to get oysters! They were so fresh. They clamoured from the sea and straight into my open gob. Our... server was so friendly and cool, she felt like a bestie. 10/10 would visit again. Oh and expect a long wait, but totally worthit. Walk around Ballard while you wait!! Read more
