Since new management took over the service has gone down hill. I was told I wasn't able to order any food because I was not in a... vehicle at the drive thru but the windows are closed for service indefinitely. Checkers and Rally's have lost my business forgood after multiple issues with rude staff, wrong food, not given the correct amount of change back and now this. Don't gohere.. Read more
Food was ready fast, customer service was really good and all the workers there were super friendly
This location at Parsons Ave and MLK does not serve anyone who walks up to order food.
I hope a manager sees this and checks who was working on 9/10/22 at 9:05 pm. The woman at the drive through window on the right... hand side, unsure of her name but she deserves a raise! I added a last minute sauce (buffalo) she said she will add it in ourbag and then we were asked to pull forward to park for our order and then a guy brought our food out. We decided to sit and eatand were there starting to eat and before I could even realize we didn?t have buffalo sauce in our bag the woman walked it outto us with out us even having to go back up to ask for it. This was so sweet and she definitely deserves to be recognized forher great customer service!! Most people in the fast food industry would shrug it off and say to themselves ?oh well they won?tnotice until their gone? but this woman has a different mindset and we need more people like that in the world! They need to listen to the orders and maybe might be able to get it right .. went there yesterday and ordered a checker burger... didn't say minus nothing or anything just a checker burger actually the 2 checker burger meal deal for 7 dollars.. get our foodand just hamburger patties slapped on a bun... I went to the walk up window to place my order. there was a sign that said WALK UP IS CLOSED. I found that strange because I... didn't have a vehicle to go through the drive thru with, but I still wanted to place and order and pay for it. So I knocked onthe window and one of the workers answered. I asked her if she could take my order, despite the unwelcoming sign. She agreed totake it and I ate my food happily. I suggest checkers rethink their idea to close the walk up windows because they are missingout on a ton on business. Two other customers were rejected by this display and openly stated they wouldn't be buying fromcheckers. Think twice, checkers. Think twice. Read more
I originally gave this place 5 stars because it was one of the best checkers I had been to in awhile but sadly it is now a two.... Now this review is not referring to the daytime staff everyone is very friendly and makes sure everything is in your order andthey actually try on the food soda is fresh and food is fresh now The night crew however has been a bad experience for me on atleast 3 occasions. Most of the time the cashiers are rude and impatient do not get my order right tried double charging my cardfor an extra soda I never received and failed to give me things like my straw condiments wrong size etc. I really had high hopesfor this place and I know these days it?s hard to get people to want to work in these types of professions and I?m more thangrateful and maybe they need to be told or recognized for that. Last but most importantly and I hope this is temporary, I?m notsure who they?re using for their chicken Patty supply these days but the once juicy crispy chicken sandwiches I knew have beensliced in half, too thin and easily overcooked. My spicy chicken sandwich I had tonight literally almost cracked my toothbecause there was no meat left in certain parts of the sandwich. Food was delicious but only drive through... Not everyone has a vehicle. It is not okay to turn away walk up customer's.
