Two flies keep bugging us around our table, plus I also see one being trapped in the pastry cabinet- and of course it is not a... trap but a dream place for the fly himself. After experiencing his pleasure, I absolutely gave up the idea of trying somedessert. I can't say the food was anything like what I had in Porto. I spent a considerable amount of time in Porto between 2018and 2019, so I am very confident that the Porto authentic Francesinha does NOT look like this. In Porto, people pay €9 forFrancesinha . Here, you pay $25 for a forgery. Who would put Marinara on a Francesinha - it should be melted cheese after beingbaked in an oven! Who would put a thick and super dry chicken breast inside Francesinha to make people suffer from cutting? Andthe bread - too thick and soaked up in Marinara… And the egg - not blended in the cheese coat as there is no cheese coat atall. Everything is in the wrong place and taste so off. My boyfriend got a pri-pri chicken and it is also very dry. Not apleasant experience at all. Read more

Cool place. Parking is a bit tight. The food is amazing. The pastel de nata were tasty. We tried the coconut, Nutella and... regular natas and they were pretty good. We also had the Vege breakfast burrito. It was pretty big and filling. They charge a3% fee if you use a card. Good service, good food, so so parking! Read more

Came here about an hour before closing. Tried the natas (of course!) and the Bola de Berlin (house donut with custard). Both... were so good. Pastel de nata - The puff pastry base was so pleasantly flaky, tender, delicate, not overbaked. The custardfilling was also delicate, not too sweet and complemented the puff pastry so well. Bola de Berlin - The bola (donut) was sopillowy and almost melt in your mouth. The sugar coat gave a nice crunch and texture; it was a nice contrast to the soft donutand creamy custard filling. The custard filling is a little bit on the sweeter side (compared to the natas) but it was so goodthat even for me who prefers less sweet things, I thoroughly enjoyed it. What was more impressive was that they tasted so goodeven though I came at the end of the day. They are not cheap... but I will definitely be coming back to try more of their bakeryitems because of the great impression I had with what I've tried at my first visit. In my opinion, far superior to the natas atPaderia Bakehouse. Please come here if you want a great Portuguese egg tart. Read more

The only authentic Portuguese bakery I know of in LA. Excellent pasteis de nata. They are made fresh and very crunchy and... delicious filling. They have different styles of them including cinnamon and Nutella and coconut but I prefer the original andbasing my 5 stars on that. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They also have other unique Portuguesebrunch items that I will be trying when things open up more. Read more
