The food here is always good. Places usually packed but worth the wait. It's packed because the food and services amazing.
First time using the drive through. Really nice and convenient. Food was good. I miss not having one closer to me.
I love the unlimited sip subscription, and the ease of the rapid pick up process. The only thing that would be nice is if the... coffee bar was refilled a little more. All of them were empty when I went in. But they had more out in a jiffy. I come herealmost every morning now instead of taking my normal morning detour to starbucks. Read more
This store does not meet the standards of what Panera/Bread Co should be. This is one of the most disgusting, unclean... establishments I have had the misfortune of visiting. The floors are dirty with trash on them, the moulding/baseboards arecoming off the walls, and I had to clean my own table, even though the dining room had maybe 6 guests. The portion sizes haveshrunk tremendously as well (Their broccoli mac & cheese now comes in the size of a fast-food side bowl, not even a regularserving dish). Spent $16 to get very little value. I have been going to this Panera for awhile now and every time I have been here I have had a bad experience so it?s time for a... review. I have had everything from missing items, being over charged, being charged for substitutions when an ingredient is outof stock and I replace it with something else, being charged for items I did not order, and now being disrespected because Iwent out of a door I Apperently wasn?t supposed to go out of. I exited from the door by the food pick up location and a employeeabout followed me out the door just to tell me I am not allowed to exit from that door. She was extremely rude about it. And toadd to that, there was no sign saying I couldn?t exit through that door. This place needs to get it together. Read more
