I have been going to this Panera for awhile now and every time I have been here I have had a bad experience so it?s time for a... review. I have had everything from missing items, being over charged, being charged for substitutions when an ingredient is outof stock and I replace it with something else, being charged for items I did not order, and now being disrespected because Iwent out of a door I Apperently wasn?t supposed to go out of. I exited from the door by the food pick up location and a employeeabout followed me out the door just to tell me I am not allowed to exit from that door. She was extremely rude about it. And toadd to that, there was no sign saying I couldn?t exit through that door. This place needs to get it together. Read more

First time using the drive through. Really nice and convenient. Food was good. I miss not having one closer to me.

I love the unlimited sip subscription, and the ease of the rapid pick up process. The only thing that would be nice is if the... coffee bar was refilled a little more. All of them were empty when I went in. But they had more out in a jiffy. I come herealmost every morning now instead of taking my normal morning detour to starbucks. Read more

This store does not meet the standards of what Panera/Bread Co should be. This is one of the most disgusting, unclean... establishments I have had the misfortune of visiting. The floors are dirty with trash on them, the moulding/baseboards arecoming off the walls, and I had to clean my own table, even though the dining room had maybe 6 guests. The portion sizes haveshrunk tremendously as well (Their broccoli mac & cheese now comes in the size of a fast-food side bowl, not even a regularserving dish). Spent $16 to get very little value. Most Panera's are so much nicer, but this one was awful. Read more

Absolutely the worst Panera Bread I have ever encountered, and I have given this location many opportunities to change my... opinion. My father was a regional manager of Panera Bread in South Carolina and I have worked in multiple cafes helping out. This is the most poorly managed cafe to which I have ever been. They are constantly running out of items by midday: whether it?sthem being consistently out of the charged lemonades or iced coffee, out of cups or lids, or even out of ingredients to makesome of their best-selling sandwiches, you can always count on this cafe to be out of at least one item you ordered. If you aregoing to advertise ?unlimited sips? then ensure you order enough stock items to provide those sips - this is week 2 of nothaving large cups or lids! I also have never had a meal made correctly the first time, and I don?t order anything difficult justa sandwich without the aoli on it and each time they have put them on there and when I bring it to the counter the manager hasgiven me grief about it and even suggested I just don?t eat that portion or scrape it off. Today was my last attempt when I satin the drive thru for over 40 minutes with only three cars in front of me and when I drove to the window, they said I was notenrolled in unlimited sips and that I was mistaken: though I had just utilized it the day prior and it was still present on myapp! After the girl at the window gave me a whole false explanation, I finally just gave up! I couldn?t go inside because I hada sleeping child in his car seat and I was not going to wake him for a simple ice coffee. Overall I?m super disappointed in thiscafe location and will be driving to Fairview Heights for Panera Bread. Read more

The only reason it doesn?t get one star is an employee named Janet who is just the best. Very caring and a joy to be around.... Everything else about this location is bad. Including the quality of what you get and the amount of times my order has beenscrewed up. Latest example being a $12 bowl of nothing. Read more

Hot sandwiches are either burnt or cold. Chicken no noodle broth is what they call chicken noodle soup. They're also out of... everything and throwing your sides at the drive through window. Employees have horrible customer care. Mcalister's is where Iwill be going from now on. Read more
