Usually order for delivery but sometimes I pick up myself if I?m in the area. Never had a problem with my orders and it?s always... still hot when picked up or delivered. Sometimes the app sucks but over not a hard to use or a bad experience. Read more
This has always been my only option for ordering pizza but lately I?m very disappointed with the delivery processes.. the... website states store delivery but a door dash driver shows up to my house an hour and a half later expecting a tip that I refuseto pay! 33-45 minutes was my quoted time; I repeat it took AN HOUR AND A HALF for my food to be delivered. Then, when I calledto speak with a manager at 1:30, I was told no manager would be on duty until after 4pm. Unacceptable! They just lost a loyalcustomer here. Read more
Ordered a pizza from here at 9:25, it is currently 11pm. I have called the restaurant multiple times while they assure me the... pizza is coming in 20 minutes then 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed after the last phone call before I just called and cancelledthe order. Manager issued me a refund supposedly, hasn?t reflected on bank app yet but I appreciate the gesture. She assured methe pizza would still come and apologized, pizza has not come. Their website is very easy to navigate and ordering online was fast and painless! The food was awesome and it was nice and warm... when I got it too! It didn't take long at all and delivery driver found my place easily. I was very pleased with my experienceand will definitely order from them again! Read more
HORRIBLE is an understatement. From food quality, attitudes to restaurant cleanliness. The male employee was okay. He simply... didn?t have a mask on while the state is under a mask mandate but the female didn?t either and her attitude along with propersanitation practices weren?t being followed. She never sanitized or washed her hands but was around the food, went from thefront door to digging in her hair to using the phone and register to the food again. She acted as if you?re bothering her to payfor your food. This is not the Papa John?s service or quality I once remember. Read more
ordered 2 papadias. both were wrong and had no sauce on them. contacted store through an email. immediatley got a response... saying sorrry. told me to reply back if i wanted them to make it right. that was on jan 22nd. still no email back afterreaching out several times after. Read more
