If it was up to me they would get zero stars. Trash food. Trash employees. Trash service. 6 girls working that don?t know how to... listen to peoples orders. Rude as all with attitudes and zero customer service skills. It?s a good thing it?s only Burger King.Maybe that?s why they?re so mad with their life. Didn?t even eat the food because we didn?t trust them. Went to Culver?s insteadwhere it was far better food and service. I can see why this Burger King has such bad reviews. Get rid of those girls and getbetter employees/service maybe your reviews will get better. Also they had the lobby locked and closed at 4:35pm when they closeat 5pm. Very poor customer service. The employees were more interested in talking with their friends in the dining room than taking our... order. Tables were dirty. Out of stock on every kind of soda in the dispenser. The employees behind the counter were juststanding around, talking, and screwing off, not working or taking care of business. STAY AWAY. Read more
Horrible horrible horrible! Flies all over inside the building, subbed fries for hashbrowns and didn't tell us. Fries were... incredibly salty. The girl was more concerned about friend or boyfriend who was sitting in the car in the parking lot thantaking care of customers. She went out to the lot at least twice when we were there. The fact someone is just hanging out in thelot was sketchy at best. Read more
We waited over 30 mins for our food we then sat down to eat and were missing my daughter King burger my son double chesse burger... for his kids meal and a Fry my sandwich was missing a the cheese I had rodeo cheese burger when up to get the sandwich and themknow about the cheese the manger was very rude and says so do u juat want the cheese to put my burger she was snotty. Whopper Junior meat maybe covered half of the small bun. Food was maybe cool warm , was very dissatisfied. Quality was not... there, we had a coupon and don?t think we will return. I would give it 0 stars if i could. I went in around 1115 today, ordered a chi'king sandwich, after taking a few bites I noticed... something off with my sandwich so I examined it closer and found this clump of what looks like pube hair (short and curly), Iwent back to the drive thru and asked for a manager, was met with some attitude and disrespect right off the bat. I asked for arefund and a receipt and they slammed the window on me. I then honked to get their attention they told me they won't give me areceipt or a refund and threated to call the cops if I didn't leave. Store is absolutely trash. Would never recommend going hereto anyone. Read more
The staff was very friendly and the food was prepared perfect. I took one star off for having the bathrooms closed. workers and... travelers still need a place to use the facilities. Stop being cheap and open the bathrooms, provide cleaning materials in thestalls, make sure there is soap and paper towels. Covid is just an excuse to not provide these facilities and relieve staff ofthe responsibility for cleaning. Read more
Nice 12$ whopper, thanks for wasting my money. Went in the garbage. And the fries tasted like they came off the floor, not even... remotely warm. Person taking our order was a total jerk to us, apparently they thought we had just come through the drive thruand did something to upset them, wouldn't even talk to us besides nastily saying "did you just come through here" then adisbelieving "uh huh" when we politely asked what they were talking about and said no we did not just order. Can they not seethe cars drive through and see ours was a different car?? Never going here again. Read more
