In the past month I've stopped by this burger King 10 times at various times during breakfast hours. I am impressed. My hash... browns were hot and fresh every. Damn. Time. 100 percent of the time they exceeded expectations. Way to go south elgin! Read more

The workers do not want to do their jobs. I was told I couldn't sub the impossible patty on the patty melt, not even for an... upcharge. I then tried to order the impossible whopper with the caramelized onions and was told that nothing could be added toany menu item, just removed. Just go the extra mile to the bk on Randall. Consistently missing things from my orders. I think my name is on their free food list 3 times now due to missing things in my... order. during their rush hour, fries missing from my order but do not have doors open for you to go in and rectify things, donot answer the phone for you to rectify the order or even let them know that there was a mistake, called 3 times in a row.Wasn't even given any receipts. This location is not very well organized I understand that it is a family run business, butseriously maybe look outside the family for workers who know what they are doing when putting things into a bag. im ready, im ready for the ushering in of robotic food service..ive just absolutely had it with this BK location. Order a burger feast meal. Veggie burger, a regular whopper. And it was supposed to come with chicken nuggets and fries.... Received the burgers and none of them had any meat.
