The pizza here is incredible !! Old world pizza is the best pizza ever!!!! The best pizza is Long Island NY pizza!! The owners... are from NY. I spoke to Natalie who was a sweetheart. She told me what to get her recommendations. My husband told his coworkers he will bring them back pizza. I said why bring them back cold pizza ???? order a couple pies from here!!!! There alavodka pizza is a treat!! I make my own ala vodka and this may be better lol! The only thing they don?t have local is Italianfood and pizza . This place blows it out of the water. Trust me. We love this place. Only gets 4 stars because sometimes they are too busy, and the staff gets overwhelmed, and small mistakes... get made. Onwers and staff are very nice, food is delicious, and establishment is always clean. We eat take out from here aboutonce a month. Read more
Food is amazing. Got there vodka sauce pizza and it was perfect. It was cooked just right and nothing was over bearing. Their... wings are really good aswell and they have a huge variety of options. Staff was nice and friendly upon picking up. Would highlyrecommend this place to anyone in the area looking for specialty food. There's always something new and interesting to try. Update 3/15/22: The pavilion is all done and looking great! They're ready for the new outdoor seating season! Music will be out... there all the time and there are a couple of TVs too! Live music is planned for Friday and Saturday nights. The plan is foracoustic on Fridays and plugged in on Saturdays. I can't wait!! A roast pit is being planned so they can host pig roasts! I'llbe there at the first one. So looking forward to that!!! The onion rings are the best I have ever had. Soooo good! A lovelyoutdoor dining area on a deck and lower level. Many outdoor heaters were present. Also an outdoor bar will soon be open. Myburger was cooked perfectly medium, which was how I requested it. The fries are homemade and although skinny style, they werequite meaty(of substance). Service was very attentive and pleasant. The entire staff made me feel like I was a regular eventhough it was my 1st time there. I will be now. Can't wait to go back to try other items!! Ok, just went back. Yes the very nextnight. Had the Mushroom Madness Pizza. Incredibly good! Forgot to take a picture, but I will for sure have another chanceto. This place is awesome! Third day in a row. Ruben roll today. I live almost an hour away but want to eat here everyday. Everything was great. Real pizza! not western mass rubberized grease... bread. Fries=awesome. Great beer list. We have eaten here many times and often bring family here for great food and beverages. But the most recent visit was nothing... short of a nightmare. The incorrect order was transcribed by the hostess answering the phone, therefore the incorrect order madeby their kitchen, and after a 50 minute wait, the incorrect order served to and paid for by us. We did not realize this untilafter leaving with the food. We played phone tag, were talked over, told the error was our fault, got regailed over how theirfood is made. We got asked "are you a regular customer?" and "well, did you eat the food?" and "the hostess is new and fromNorway and has a hard time understanding things." Very bizarre, very shocking, very unprofessional. Two options SHOULD HAVEbeen presented upon informing the restaurant of the error: A. We will remake your food IMMEDIATELY (we were told to wait 1 hourfor a remake) or B. We will refund your order completely to encourage a revisit from a repeat customer. To add insult toinjury, the owner offered a "gift card" for less than what we paid, not including tip and taxes. We had to fight for it to coverfood+taxes, but still no tip. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. With the cost of food, labor, living, taxes, andeverything rising, we are ALL forced to cut out the non-necessities, especially if a business lacks value, both monetarily andethically. All this time and effort over a hostess incorrectly transcribing our order to their kitchen. I almost wish I didn'tsay anything, and I bet they do too. Read more
