Fast friendly service. Did forget the sauces but the food was great,hot and fresh.
Tator tots were old and gross and my breakfast burrito didn't have any cheese sauce and got charged for extra cheese sauce
Food is always good but Google needed updated on hours of operation. It reports that the hours were confirmed over the phone a... week ago. Internet says 2300 but for the last couple of years they have closed at 2200. Either someone at Google made a mistakeor someone at sonic did. Read more
Don't waste your time going. They may or may not take your order. If they do take your order I can almost guarantee it will be... incorrect. I hadn't gone since before covid due to terrible experiences. Decided I would give them a try again and hope thingshave changed. I couldn't even get anyone to take my order. Several people pulled up and were able to place orders but still noone to take my order. After 15 in and no one taking my order and others pulling up, ordering and getting their orders beforeanyone would respond to me. I gave up and left. So disappointed I had to leave my 1st online review of a business. If youmake the mistake and go there all I can say is good luck. They would receive a 0 star if it was a option. Read more
Everything I go their my order always has somthing wrong with it from old food being served as fresh like rings or chicken... strips or parties or hamburgers are ice.cold when you call the manager sometimes they answer.sometimes they don't they offer toreplace if yiu come back with gas as high as it is its not worth or they hang up on you Read more
This place is absolutely terrible their food is so nasty always out of things and food doesn't look like it's cooked long enough... also ordered chicken strips meals and it looked like thin dried pieces of fish there was so way I was eating this nor feedingthis to my children I threw the whole meal away completely disappointed with this sonic. When you order you expect to get freshfood not something that had been sitting there for hours everything is cold and nasty terrible. For the price is should alway be fresh and good. Read more
So I usually order my stuff in the morning and have fantastic service from Shanna and Kat at the Sonic in Spring Hill. However;... that was not the case when my partner ordered food from them tonight. He ordered the chicken tender dinner with tots and wasgiven a box that had everything correct except for one object that kind of resembled a tiny, dried chicken tender, and somethings that looked like smashed, over fried?things?? Truly could not tell what it was supposed to be. The kids that work thereneed to try just a little harder. Read more
