Pretty good food but for the price, I'd literally go to any other place. It's definitely not a place that should be in a low... income section of Springfield, I genuinely dont know who theyre catering to. You can go to Sakura restaurant in Ludlow which islike the same thing. Read more

After going to the establishment for about two years, my opinion and experience with the owner has always been that he has a... lack or sense of what it is to give good customer service. He lacks in communication and common courtesy. Never a sorry aboutthe inconvenience or issue. Today I order over the phone to pick up because I was going to eat on my thirty min break. Afterarriving I received my order and knew something was off based the receipt. After opening the bowl I saw contents present on myreciept and things I asked for during my order were missing. I asked for a refund and had to explain why, to the owner, threetimes. He did not apologize, ask how he can rectify or compensate me for the inconvenience. Poor customer service as it pertainsto hospitality. Read more

Went to get a Poke Bowl for dinner tonight. When I gave the server my completed loyalty card I was informed they no longer... honor them. I just completed it 2 weeks ago. This business has made a decision that loyal customers are not important. Thisis unacceptable to me and I will not be going back, EVER!!!!! Update: I received a call that night from the manager whoapologized for the misunderstanding. He informed me they will honor the loyalty cards, but are coming out with a new app basedloyalty program in the near future. On that basis I will give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to patronize theirbusiness. Read more

Food looks good ! Hopefully it tastes good too . I will update review later. Update ,,, from five stars to 2 stars . Why... ??? Upon trying poke finally , I have to say Taste wise very good . Price wise pricey for a little bit of food . I?m talkingabout I picked the choice of 4 protein was the maximum protein you can pick , thinking I will be getting a good portion plus theadditional stuff like , rice , veggies , fruits etc . My food came out at almost $20 with tax . And what really annoyed me was ,they stuff everything in a tiny clear bowl ?but-why??? The bowl looks like could only accommodate 1-2 protein maximum ! It wastoo packed that I can even get a good look at what I got in my bowl ! Sloppy and unappealing! It totally ruined my moment oftrying their poke for the first time ???? I bought it from the location near WNEC . I would never try poke ever again . If youdo , stick with 1-2 protein because the extra money you are paying for 3 or 4 protein , ain?t worth it . You will still get asmall container with all of the stuff just stuffed all together . Thumbs down !!! ???????? Read more

I am so incredibly grateful that I finally stopped and tried this place out. Now I've been twice for lunch in less than a week.... Even grabbed a customer punch card, because I plan on being a regular. Fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. I love the Hawaiianclassic, and need to come back so I can try all of them. Read more

I don't really remember how I found out about this place. I'm pretty sure some divine being whispered of its existence in my ear... during a dream. I guess I'm a believer now, because this place will make all your poke dreams come true, especially in thesprawling foodie haven of Western Mass. The place itself is small, nestled in a corner next to Hot Plate. You order from thecounter and take your bowl to one of the tables. Choose from one of the bowls on the menu (we had Joy Classic bowl and theWasabi Yuzu Salmon bowl) or you can make your own out of the many fresh ingredients available. We particularly enjoyed the misowasabi sauce. The fish was fresh and the bowls flavorful. There are non-raw options as well. We had a great overall experienceand the owners were very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try- we will definitely be back. Read more
