I called to place an order for delivery. Lady could barely speak English asked me to repeat my order 3 times ( taco pizza) than... placed me on hold for another 8 minutes while she looked it up ? It's one of your signature pizzas . asked me 3 times if Iwanted regular crust ( it comes on thin) than asks me what toppings to top it off she had a bunch of dogs barking in thebackground and I could barely hear her over her dogs. I hung up the phone and went and ordered from the store directly. Horrible interaction with the call center I assume lots of business is being lost due to this. Read more
Pizza is basically equal to even better than Pizza Den which is extremely surprising! Pizza Den has amazing pizza but this just... tops it! (Depending on the day). Some days are just perfect and go above and beyond your expectations, while other days they mayput too little or too many toppings on. Other than that, great service and great food! Read more
Haven't tried Stonewall outlet for a bit. Received a flyer in the mail. Have a med 10 topping pizza for 11.99. Plus tax. Went on... line to try out the app. Took a bit of navigation but not bad. Lots to choose from! Was really surprised. Pan style was hot butnot greasy, toppings were generous and consistent across the whole pizza. Right to the edge. Vegetable toppings were fresh. Meatwas a good serving for the size. Just the right amount of sauce too. Cheese was bang on as well. Great job! If this is a normalthing, be definitely ordering from there more often. Read more
I'm not sure why, but I have ordered the 2 xl 3 topping special a couple times now. The person taking the order tells me it... $23.75. Then the total is over $30....so confused. Also, they need to fix their covid protocols, 1 guy can't stand in thelobby for 15 minutes waiting for his order while 6 others wait outside because they are better at timing than he is. Read more
I used to order pizza hotline all the time when I lived in the city without issue. This location has rude incompetent staff and... has managed to mess up my last 4 orders. Ordering by phone has become almost impossible. It seems like the hiring standards fortheir call center have dropped significantly since I started ordering. The employees they have answer their phones now barelyspeak or understand english. It wouldn't be that big of a deal that their employees barely speak English if they at least made aeffort to take your order properly. Don't waste your time. Read more
The pizza was very reasonably priced and was ready when I arrived . I enjoyed the 14" inch 4 topping pizza for $14.99 taste was... great will order again . Read more
