Okay, so I go in here almost three or four times a week for something to much on or drink. I?ve ordered a smoothie, and had... someone keep it aside for me in a freezer, so it doesn?t melt, or separate, I get that, I understand that. I went there todayafter ordering a smoothie over 45 minutes prior, and the young girl who took my order made it in front of me? Her excuse was,?We?re not allowed to make them ahead of time?? I work on the street for a busy business, I?d expect a bit more customer servicefrom a place in Summit than that? Then, not even an hour into my smoothie, even on a day over 90 degrees, it hasn?t melted theway it has today within less than 30 minutes? I tried to call customer service, no response? I honestly wanna delete thisbecause I respect the business owners of our community. If someone could reach out to me, I?d appreciate it? Read more
Employee today was very pleasant and sweet, also patient. My family member, who does not speak English, was talking about a menu... item when to my surprise the employee named Joanne or Joanna (unsure exactly) responded in Portuguese! Thank you for a greatexperience. Smoothies were delish as well and nice and cold on a warm day. Read more

Great place for a quick smoothie. There are a lot of options, maybe too many, for every person. There are also kids smoothies,... all for a reasonable price. Friendly staff and the smoothies are delicious and nutritious. Will be back. Read more
This is by far the best Smoothie King I've ever been to!!! The employees are always so sweet, patient, and hard working. The... owner is so friendly and talkative - he is well known in the town of Summit! Also, the space attached to this particular storeis so relaxing and there's fun events that happen there as well. Mike is always so accommodating and patient; the events arealways a lot of fun! I'd give this Smoothie King more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much! Read more
Friday, 11/06/20. The young lady was very nice and pleasant. I was purchasing 2 smoothies. The young man was preparing my... smoothies. I've been to other Smoothie King stores before, by the way. My veggie smoothie tasted "strange" at this location. Mystrawberry banana smoothie was watery. I noticed that he didn't put enough in the cup, the young lady said something to him thenshe put more ice in the smoothly. It was no longer a smoothie, it was a drink. I did not enjoy either one. I left a tip anywayonly because she was very sweet and kind, but I won't go back there. Read more
