I'm not sure what happened to five guys but my burger was disgusting and tasted rancid. My fries were also soggy and tasted like... I was pouring a jar or Morton's salt into my mouth. And the topper was I paid over $24 for a bacon burger, fries and sour tea. Read more
The staff are clearly overwhelmed and don't have enough help, but giving them some patience goes a long way. Our food was made... perfectly and the staff members were very polite and helpful. They were busy and trying to get everyone taken care of as quicklyas possible. They are doing a great job! Read more
Was treated to lunch here. It was a big burger with bacon and cheese. Loved the fries. Lived the outdoor dining. We felt safe.... Food was delicious. Other people complained they didn't have enough meat. We had a double burger and split it. The peanuts werea great appetizer as we waited forever for that burger. It was fresh so i don't complain. I would return. BTW most restaurantsare closed in the downtown area of Sumter. We had to eat on Broad street. Read more

I will never ever ask anyone to go to this Five Guys ever my burger both which I paid $30.00 for two burger and medium fries... which my burgers was burnt and so was my fries. Pls if you think about going to this Five guys pls don't ur going to bedisappointed., never have I had this problem in V.A. Five Guys. Pls stay away. Not worth ur money. The offerings are rarely short of excellent, and the staff is friendly and fast. Portions are more than enough to fill a person... (or in our case, a couple), but the prices! A regular two patty cheeseburger without added cost items is $9.99, and a regularside of fries is $5.39. After taxes our one burger and fries meal totaled out well north of $16. Five Guys will have to be anoccasional treat, rather than a frequent choice. Read more
