Just spent 40 min waiting for food. I finally asked for a refund and got my money back. Drove to McDonalds up the street and... was thru the line in 5 min for $5 less. As a business person myself, I can tell you the daytime manager is s the problem. Shehas no hustle and so by example, none of the other employees hustle. They don?t seem to know what they are doing. Mixing uporders. The manager, who was filling the bags with orders just walks away to do other things and leaves a brand new employeewho tries to fill orders and run the cash register and keeps saying loudly ?I need Help!? I drove up in line for drive-through with only one other person in line ahead of me. The headset person told me that she would... be with me in just a second. It was late so I figured that they were short staffed and I was fine with waiting. About sixminutes go bye and no one has taken my order yet. I had heard talking from around the corner, so eventually after 10 minutes Ileft the line and drove around.
