The new Italian sandwich was very good. The sandwich would have been great if it had more sauce on it. It was too dry.

Just spent 40 min waiting for food. I finally asked for a refund and got my money back. Drove to McDonalds up the street and... was thru the line in 5 min for $5 less. As a business person myself, I can tell you the daytime manager is s the problem. Shehas no hustle and so by example, none of the other employees hustle. They don?t seem to know what they are doing. Mixing uporders. The manager, who was filling the bags with orders just walks away to do other things and leaves a brand new employeewho tries to fill orders and run the cash register and keeps saying loudly ?I need Help!? In front of the long, long line. Themanager did not look at me or apologize when I asked for my refund. She just said flat she was doing the best she could. Thisisn?t remotely doing your best. If you don?t change the manager out, your ratings will never improve! Read more

I drove up in line for drive-through with only one other person in line ahead of me. The headset person told me that she would... be with me in just a second. It was late so I figured that they were short staffed and I was fine with waiting. About sixminutes go bye and no one has taken my order yet. I had heard talking from around the corner, so eventually after 10 minutes Ileft the line and drove around. So the headset girl was having a casual conversation with her friends in the car ahead of me andhanging out the window instead of taking orders. Read more

Literally the worst Wendy?s ! I should have read the reviews prior to spending money here. Obviously with all the negative... reviews they?re not wrong. I am not happy with the person they had working drive through today. I came here at 1135ish. The reason I came here is because... my husband did not give me the food card. So I give the guy my credit card and he never gave it back. I asked for it and myreceipt. He gave me the receipt. Not my card. I was nice through the whole thing. I said I have not gotten my card back. Then hehuffed at me. He did give it back. That makes me wonder how many people did not say anything and did not get it back. I was nothappy. Read more
