Bring back the older lady that cared for customers. The lady tonight could not even take 2 orders in the drive-thru without... being overwhelmed and screwing up my simple order. Also, the sauce I asked for was not even in the bag, and I asked you twiceand you said yes the second time with an attitude. Guess what maybe I should have asked to check the attitude because you stillF'd up my order and no sauce included. You want $16 an hour, I would only pay you $2 an hour... So 3rd time here and nothinghas changed. When you ask for something not in the tacos or burritos and they still add it guess it's time to call lawyers andtake legal actions against this location. Please have employees war name tags! I would love to name drop the fat lady in the lobby taking orders or shall I say being rude... as hell to customers. She acts like people are bothering her when asking for service. Poor kid who seemed new didnt knowanything so he had to keep asking her questions and she just did not care. I dont even eat here, I just needed to use therestroom. Read more

An hour before closing and they were out of beef and ran out of chicken as they made my order. They claimed that they were just... about to close and didn't want to cook more food. As we were leaving I noticed to vehicles leaving the drive thru. Read more

I have a big family and to make things easy I ordered boxes. Total of 4. And they put all the items in a big bag. The nachos bag... fell in the bottom of the bag. We didn't know who's is what and we were missing items. Read more

Fast food dinner option through the drive thru. The gentleman was efficient and response, though we didn?t have any questions,... but spoke deliberately and direct. Ordering via drive thru has its flaws with outside noise etc, the worker did ensure if theorder was correctly inputted to ease those flaws, but my driver (husband) got our own order wrong (that?s the beside the pointof this review). Food was made to order, and of a quality of what a fast food restaurant has. So take that as you will. Theserver at the window was a little distracted. She had to ask a couple times of things, (e.g. what, if any, sauces). That wasn?ta problem, and shouldn?t be for anyone; it?s nothing a good laugh won?t fix. For a quick fast food, with made to order food,wasn?t anything to complain about, would return specifically to this Taco Bell. Read more

Nowhere does it say the lobby isn't open for breakfast. Went inside and the dude asked if I was picking up, I said no I'd like... to order, and the dude straight up said "well you gotta turn around go out to your car and go through the drive thru lobby ain'topen". Like I was supposed to know that or something. I turned right around and left. Please update the hours, it says right onthe front door that y'all open at 7am, not that the lobby is closed until lunch. ??????? Read more

I've tried to give this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt many, many times. This location is consistently out of items or whole... products such as beef and often gets my order wrong. After my mobile order tonight was told to me that the only way they coulddo it is if I canceled and reordered everything in steak doubling the cost of the order, I just canceled my order and left. Idrove to the Taco Bell just south of here and they had everything I ordered and had no problems with shortages. As hard as I'vetried this is not a great location to patronize Read more
