So far been sitting in drive thru for the 7 mins!!! Then I get addressed as honey! One of the employees came out to give the guy... that waited at least that long his drink I asked employee is it going to take 10 minutes to get around to window and he saidprobably. I pulled out like I saw others doing after they mad their orders. I wouldn't go back here anytime soon if at all. Stopped in while visiting Detroit, Big Kenny was my cashier this evening, he was wearing a trainee badge & yet he was the most... helpful ?trainee? I?ve ever encountered. I told him what I needed and he made suggestions on how to order it more accurately. Hewas energetic, engaged, got the order correct and was friendly, as out of towners, we truly appreciate his kindness &helpfulness! Read more
This is one of our favorite Arby's. We have been customers for a long time, we stop in often when we are in the area. The food... is consistently good and hot, the employees are always friendly and efficient, and we feel like we get our money's worth here. Read more
I was coming home from a long stressful working week and I wanted to stop and get something to eat before I went home so I... stopped to pickup something to eat and Arby's was on my way. The line was kinda long but it went pretty fast. So I ordered myfood and when I got to the window it was this young gentleman Brandon I believe that's his name that took my payment with a bigsmile on his face like he was happy about what he was doing and that he loved his job he was polite kind and he was doing whathe was supposed to do. Usually my go-to location for customer service and food quality however my Reuben sandwich I received last night was so... disgusting there is no way I could not share my experience. All I ask for was extra dressing on the sandwich what I received wasa sandwich with a minute amount of meat zero sauerkraut zero Swiss cheese and by the time I went to eat it of course it wasclosed otherwise I would have taken the sandwich back so they're in lies this review picture included. Sloppy sandwich. Half the cheese was in the wrapper. Does nobody take any pride in their work anymore? The manager should be... fired. Second sandwich. Fish sandwich. They got the lettuce in the same wrapper. So close. Maybe it fell out if the sandwichwhen they stepped on it to make it less than an inch thick. Second time to review. I'll just post the pics. Took forever to be served. Frontline order taker was supposed to be the smug mgr. lady in the dark shirt. She didn?t come in to... take my order until I had sat there for a country min. She was outside talking with a personal visitor apparently. The staffwas completely incompetent and unprofessional. I wish I could have pix them all. When I first arrived the fry guy was stuffinghis face with food at the fry station. The young leads were not helpful either. After all that they tried to give me oldchicken fingers and fries. Had to wait for a new order. 23?min. total wait time... from 3:32 to 3:56! No apology orcompensation. I didn?t see the advantage of throwing the fry guy under the bus by suggesting that maybe he ate all the fresh andmore desirable servings. What is it with young people and their cell phones? This is getting out of hand. I was a lead hereyears ago and none of this would have been tolerated. Overall restaurant feels dirty and sticky. They charge too much to haveopen trash cans that attract insects and pests. It isn?t worth the risk of getting sick here so I will not be giving them mybusiness. I hate to knock a local business, but his place has really gone down. You deserve to take your $ where it is earnedand appreciated! Read more
