Worst Customer service ever!!!! every time I place an order they deliver it incomplete. today 12/4/22 at 6:18 PM I place an... order through the drive way. when the order was deliver to me i check it and notice there was two items missing. I mention itand the lady at the window and she put out an attitude. I proceed to go inside as i was told i was holding the line. ( LIKE DAMNi just want my order "Karen" get it right) well as i go inside and again i mention politely i have two items missing they allstood there ignoring me. some lady in the back that was cleaning spotted me and very kindly attended me shout out to herreally!!! don't know her name and don't know the name of the lady that acted out in the window but if i go by the receipt andname that is on it it says CAILIN S Read more

My sister-in-law and I went there for lunch. After we got our order she said that there was no sour cream on her chalupa. So I... just got up to go ask for some and the girl that was working on the line started telling me that she didn't do anything wrongand that it was made how it was ordered. We did ask for no lettuce but nothing was said about the sour cream. But that wasn'twhat I was doing. I was just asking for some sour cream. I will say the times that I have been there I have had a reasonable wait going in side and drive through I have always wished... that the coffee was better because I don't drink a lot of the drinks they have. Read more

Whoever was working on August 14th,2022 sucked at their job. I ordered the chalupa and it tastes like it had been sitting in the... warmer for days. Very stale ,not fresh. Hopefully y'all get trained better. Read more

Usually this location is pretty great but today when I ordered a large Baja blast and got to the window they informed me that... they need to change the box out for it (something that only takes maybe 5 minutes) they asked if I would like a different drinkinstead. I replied politely with a "no thank you" less than a minute later another girl was at the window asking the samequestion (at this point it is obvious they just don't want to change the box out even though it is empty) I reply "no" again sothe manager comes to the window and again asks the same thing needless to say I never got my drink because the employees whereto lazy to be bothered change out their syrup box for the pop machine Read more

Just left the drive through line about 10 mins ago get home to eat the party nacho to find a long blue ( maybe blue green ) hair... throughout the nachos.. I call to tell the manager and her response was "giggling " no one here has blue hair Umm first off weall know thats a line and second off I sure don't have blue hair so what I just put the hair there ? So she laughs again andsay well we don't have anyone who has blue hair here but I and just replace them if u come up now . My response no I am goodthis is why I stopped coming to this location anyway bc service sucks and so does the food. Havent been to this location in 6months first time to try it again an nope nothing has changed. Read more

Yes, they're busy, so yes the lines are long and it takes a while to get your food. If you go inside, the employees are working... fast. If you see that the drive thru line is long...quit whining and go eat somewhere else. My experience inside 5/11/18: It wasVERY busy and the cashier Amanda W. Was very nice and professional. My order was accurate, nothing missing or screwed up. tookmy toddler to the bathroom, so wanted to include pictures of how clean it was. Read more

They have screwed up my order multiple times, the drive thru is always slow, and they didn't even cook my quesadilla last time I... went. The shell was stark white, and the cheese wasn't even close to melted. The last time my order was screwed up, they didn'tdo anything to make it up to me or to make it feel like they cared about me as a customer. I would not recommend going here, andI will not be going here again. Read more
