Seems like when they get busy in the drive thru, they neglect the customers that choose to come into the restaurant. They aren?t... concerned with the amount of time you have to wait. Needed a place for lunch while I waited for my tires to be taken care of at Discount Tire across the street; this CFL worked out... perfectly. I came inside as the line was pretty long. I order a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and the guy asks me ?a pepper Jack?? Confused... I say yes the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo.. he says ?we have no combo only Pepperjack..? He finally understands what I?masking for. I get that a chicken wrap and a 12 piece nugget. Go to my car and the nuggets are missing.. I go inside and let himknow and he says ?did you check the entire bag?? I said ?yes that?s how I know they are missing..? He goes up to the manager andthey are talking like they are suspicious that I am lying.. I?m a healthcare worker here in Tomball.. im not out here stealingand trying to rip off Chick-fil-a.. I want what I paid for. He gives me my 12 piece nuggets and I get no apology. Verydisappointed. This was around 2:30 today. I really feel like the way I was treated today needs to be resolved. I?m giving it twostars because I?ve been here a few times and never had an issue.. I will consider changing my rating if this is resolved. Read more
