Alex, Demetrius, Ashley, and Amber greeted my family with a warm genuine welcome. They checked on us to ensure we didn't need... anything, and although we arrived close to closing hours they treated us as if we were their first customers of the day. Theircourtesy, and professionalism were outstanding. The enthusiasm each staff member exhibited was very commendable. Simply put;great attitudes! The food was good, but the service was lacking. The cashier had an unkind expression and was less than friendly. She seemed... tired and like she didn?t want to be there. I value seeing a friendly face and being greeted by the cashier. That goes a longway. I have visited Fire House Subs in other places and have been very impressed with the food and the service. Service and cleanliness is on the decline. I?ve been coming here for a few months and have noticed that the staff is not... interested in providing great customer service and/or a clean restaurant. During my last visit an employee answer a personalcall while making my sandwich (did not remove her gloves and kept making my food) while a more senior staff member ignored thehealth infraction. The ice machine has been broken for weeks and there has not been hand soap in the bathroom for over twoweeks. I understand that things fall between the cracks but this place is beyond messy and sloppy - eat here at your own risk. Read more
Very friendly staff. Peaceful atmosphere. This restaurant was founded by fire fighters and supports them as the fire men support... us. The sandwiches were loaded as tasted great! Read more

My wife and I went to this location because the staff is usually very considerate about her beef and pork allergies. Today was a... different experience, the staff didn?t make sure gloves were changed or anything like that. Wen our food came out there was alsoan hair on mine and I asked for it to be remade. When we asked for a refund we were very rudely told well you can?t have bothand only tried to refund my wife?s sandwich and was told we were being rude to them. At one point we were told that the staff didn?t care what happened to my wife. I definitely will not be going back to that location and corporate will be notified aswell as the owner of that location. Read more
Well I ordered online hoping to pick it up after running an errand. After to the store they hadn?t even started my order. The... girl making sandwiches was on her cell phone making food. I?m so disappointed. When you pay $22 for 2 sandwiches you hope thatthey live up to the price they charge. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:50. I left with my sandwiches at 7:17.
