This Chick-fil-A?s customer service skills is virtually non-existence. After an excessive wait in the drive thru I was directed... to pull to the front and someone would bring out my order. After waiting an addition 5 minutes I went in the store to cancel myorder and after waiting to advise someone of my request to cancel the manager on duty, Meghan, offered a standard half-heartedapology before informing me she wasn?t certain if the points redeemed for an order I didn?t receive would be refunded to myaccount.
