Spicy crispy deluxe was tasty, could use a little more spiciness imho but was still delicious. Long wait lines as I'm sure... everyone is already aware, but is worth it. Only 4 times in my entire life has chicfila ever let me down and this was where it happened. LoL I love chic-fil-a they have... just messed up my orders here. This Chick-fil-A?s customer service skills is virtually non-existence. After an excessive wait in the drive thru I was directed... to pull to the front and someone would bring out my order. After waiting an addition 5 minutes I went in the store to cancel myorder and after waiting to advise someone of my request to cancel the manager on duty, Meghan, offered a standard half-heartedapology before informing me she wasn?t certain if the points redeemed for an order I didn?t receive would be refunded to myaccount. My Chick fil A has the best staff. Customer service is on point, organized and prompt. The drive-thru employees have an order... taker,, someone who gives out condiments then you have someone directly hand you your meal. 5 stars for me!! Awful service, literally ruined my entire meal. I was so excited to get my meal for lunch and get my cheese sauce, but these... bottom class employees failed to give it to me, when I made it very clear I wanted the cheese sauce. I love Chick-fil-A. This store in particular seems to be hurting for more employees. I went in a few weeks ago and they were no... longer offering curb side. The signs were turned around but the option was still available on the app. After sitting in my carfor 10 minutes I decided to go in where my order eventually was waiting for me. Please note I did not go during the lunch rush.In all of my experiences wit Chick-fil-A time and time again this seems to be one of the slowest. Staff are very friendlythough.
