Had an iced caramel macchiato and chatted with the barista for a few. She is very nice and I enjoy talking with her. She said... she liked my hair this new color and we chatted about makeup, hair and clothes for a while..then I went to do my Targetshopping. Fun time! Great baristas at this Starbucks! Read more

This isn't about political views, staffing or quality of the product. This is completely about terrible service. In a world... where customer service has went south, Starbucks is the leader. I understand the labor shortage, but to be rude and nonaccommodating should not be acceptable. With the lobby closed and the useless clearlance sign bent down (even though there is noawning or any to hit) my van will not go thru the drive thru. So I went to the door and asked if I could just order a drink andpretend I was in line. They told me no, only if I have the app, which I don't have and I did not have my debit card to load onit anyway. I again asked if there was any way I could order and pay, the barista rudely said "no" closed the door and walkedaway. Starbucks competition was more than glad to accommodate me and make sure I was taken care of. If I could give a lowerrating to Starbucks customer service I would. Read more

I was there at a busy time and there was only one employee. He ROCKED though! Sutherland had some of the best customer service... I've ever experienced. Even though he was swamped, he provided service with a smile and made each customer feel special. Hemade my day (oh, and he makes a great cup of coffee). Read more

Sutherland, the barista, today was making conversation and singing and just making the wait pleasant for all the customers.... Believe me...there was a wait. They should have had someone there to help him out because there was such a long line. But hemade the best of it! Was just stopping on my way through but I'm it's as good of a Starbucks as any. The only batista I will go to is Kent! 5 stars for KENT ONLY! They are the only one who can make my drink correctly.
