Jada was an excellent server with a beautiful smile. Her personality was above anyone we have had serve us. I was wanting to... talk to the manager and waited for him while he was on the phone taking care of a serious problem. When he hung up I took a stepforward to speak with him and he started blasting the hostess saying she should have repeated what he told her. Obviously thehostess made a mistake and he made it clear to anyone within 20 ft what happened. (I have recently retired after 30 years ofrestaurant business. )He should have taken her to the office and spoke with her and trained her on how to handle thesituation.
