very very poor service, the hostess walked right by me without even an hello. then she only pointed to the table where we were... to be seated. it took a very very long time to get my food despite a very slow even, there appears to be less than ten customersin the whole restaurant. ugh... the sweet tea was watery weak. Cameron was our server. Absolutely excellent. Personable, sharp, good suggestions, attentive. My wife had unlimited shrimp... (Monday), and I had the Cajun chicken fettuccini Alfredo. Went here twice in one week for lunch. Both times I did curbside pick up and my food was hot & fresh. I ate my first order so... fast, that I forgot to take a picture of it??????????? The customer service was also great! Even the second time, when I had towait a little longer, the lady called to tell me what they were waiting on instead of just letting me sit there and wonderwhat's taking so long. I appreciated that. Pretty good food, but the drinks are insanely over priced. Crab legs 7/10 ( they just lacked flavor and the melted butter that... came with it had no seasonings in it.) Cheese sticks 8/10 (needs more seasoning.) The biscuits 10/10. Lobster tail was 9/10.Bacon wrapped scallops 10/10. Waitress was very nice, but got 1-2 drinks wrong and still charged it to the bill. Blue Moon 10/10(you literally can't do wrong.) Berry mangrita was 5/10, it did not come with any toppings that it showed in the picture. I feellike it would have been better if they had put in the effort to cut up the fruits that was supposed to be on it/in it. So I'dsay all in all it's worth going, but for don't buy the alcoholic drinks it's way too expensive and not worth it. Read more
My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary! Our server, Beth, was great. She was very friendly &... attentive. She and her fellow servers even sang Happy Anniversary to us. They provided us a complimentary AnniversaryCelebration dessert complete with candles. And the food was delicious! He had the Admirals Platter and I had the Seafood NewOrleans and a Mocktail. I wanted to try the asparagus (I'm not a fan but want to be). When I tasted it, I didn't like it. Bethquickly desired it out with a replacement of my choosing. Jada was an excellent server with a beautiful smile. Her personality was above anyone we have had serve us. I was wanting to... talk to the manager and waited for him while he was on the phone taking care of a serious problem. When he hung up I took a stepforward to speak with him and he started blasting the hostess saying she should have repeated what he told her. Obviously thehostess made a mistake and he made it clear to anyone within 20 ft what happened. (I have recently retired after 30 years ofrestaurant business. )He should have taken her to the office and spoke with her and trained her on how to handle thesituation.
