Order the veggie delight sandwich with avocado mayonnaise and American cheese that is all they put on the sandwich was the... avacado and cheese.i call them and let them know Jess was very friendly heshe called the manager he said bring the sandwich backin at $6 a gallon that wasn't a practical idea .$6 the sandwich was 6 dollers so I couldn't rationalize spending 6 more dollarsto go get what I ordered. I was traveling through and I was overwhelmed with kindness and understanding. My youngest has autism and medical needs, I was... having trouble with her comfort going into the restaurant and grabbing lunch for my oldest and myself. Everyone was very patientand understanding. Love this location. I use the app and my order is always done super fast even before the time the give me on the app; and it?s... alway delicious and exactly what I ordered. I like to add extra veggies and extra pickles. Josh and the rest of the staff isalways in a good mood even when dealing with not so nice customers and my orders are always correct & yummy. Not all subways arecreated equal but the Valley Springs location and crew are top notch and never disappoint, even with custom and confusingorders, they always get it right. I come to this location at least once a week or so before work. Josh is there and he?s awesome! He?s always so chill and doesn?t... stress out when you guys get busy. My sandwich is always on point! The BEST Subway I have ever eaten. Was there today around 2pm-ish and there were 3 ladies that made awesome sandwiches and make... them exactly how you would yourself but better! I will now go back every time I go thru Valley Springs. Thanks subway ladies,you are the best. Read more

Love coming here for our little dates. Our meals are always fresh and affordable and service with a smile. My mother in law has... dementia.. so she has a real sweet tooth and loves loves loves ?? the cookies here.
