Don?t ask a customer to ?please wait? at the drive thru speaker before ordering when NOBODY is waiting in line and there are two... more fast food locations directly adjacent to your location. F?n idiots. I?m not sure what?s going on with management is thesedays but to say there?s been a decline in service is an understatement. Having every employee stop what they?re doing to loadthe Zax catering van is one of the dumbest things I?ve ever seen. Edit to add: 10/2/22 - We gave the location another chanceand looks like not much has changed. 4 orders placed and problems with all 4 orders. Fries were cold, boneless wings were rockhard like they?ve been under a heat lamp all afternoon, salad was wilted, AND no salad dressing was included with the order. $55wasted. I love zaxby's, I love their salads, and I love their wimpy sauce. I'm disappointed that they got rid of the Buffalo chicken... salad but I still make my own and order the Wimpy sauce on the side. Upgrade to their new app they have a better point systemnow and you get a free Zack pack. I went to the drive-thru around 12:30 and there was only one person in front of me. Clean place, very friendly Staff (girl with blue hair) ???? ???? Food is fresh and delicious

Food is good but there are some very rude, unprofessional, and annoying teenagers at the drive through window. I recommend... monitoring who you hire more. I felt very uncomfortable when getting my food and when you start driving away you can hear themeither making fun of you or making terrible jokes. Very ignorant and disrespectful kid at the window repeated my order back to me which was correct, then proceeded to hand me a... bag of food that had a completely different order in it. By the time I noticed I had already pulled away and the line was backedup pretty far and I didn?t feel like waiting in it again.
