I?m going to share my experience because I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received , and to top it off... when I got home I had food missing! I?ve been to this place before and for the most part the food is good , I stopped by fordinner yesterday , I did take out and the girl helping me was extremely rude and had very little customer service experience, Iordered my food, when I paid for my food i was charged for an extra meal that I didn?t order , I told the girl she over chargedme but, she refused to refund me, mind you it was their mistake, I didn?t want to argue so I just paid for food I didn?t order,when I asked for ranch she told me it wasn?t free! I just bought 6 meals including one I didn?t order, I was so mad, but paid $3dollars extra for ranch, and yes ladies and gentlemen when I got home my ranch was missing! Very large portions at a decent price. Food was hot, nice, and fresh! Well worth the price. I would recommend this place if you... are looking for a good Charbroiled burger! Don't forget to try the club sandwich too! Read more
I've been here a few times and every time I have been here the food was always great. Plus the customer service has always been... good. I always enjoy the onion rings because you get so many she they are always delicious and they have really good burritos aswell. The shrimp dinner plate is delicious and you get a lot with it. It's definitely a place to give a chance if you've neverbeen, they have great food! Read more

This rating is for the pastrami combo I ordered! So good, plenty of meat! Been craving this. My son ordered thebacon deluxe... burger, he liked it too! Too bad had to eat in the car as they only took to go orders. Got here at 2030. ???? Read more
Service was good. Several employees. Clean, other than ketchup bottles, that were sticky. Food was delicious....hot and... tasty. They make American and Mexican food, a good variety.. As the manager, or boss, and employees were cleaning up for thenight, I heard the manager directing the employee how to properly clean the floor in area where they cook. That appealed tome. Drive up is very busy...not surprising.....service and food very good. Read more

Ordered a BLT combo tonight. Went home and there was no bacon in my sandwich. How do you forget the one thing that makes a BLT.
