Worst experience at Five Guys ever here at this location. Wait time to make my order was very long. 6 people behind the... counter and no one could take my order and my entire order came out wrong. Two hamburgers only had one patty in each instead ofthe two patties (I ordered Hamburgers not little hamburgers) and one cheeseburger came without toppings I had specificallyordered. I even checked the receipt. I was definitely charged full price for half the food. Fries were overcooked also. Read more
Three signs on the store front saying ?open 7 days 11am-10pm? but arrived at 9:00pm with both doors locked, employees inside... with lights on. Tried calling while watching employees inside- no one picked up. Employees also clearly saw my husband and othercustomers trying to open doors and didn?t come to the door (with any explanation). Why have signs that say close at 10 if you?regonna be closed a whole hour if not more earlier than that and not even write a handwritten sign that contradicts that?Negligence? Read more
Second time at this location in a couple of weeks. First visit was OK, they were training someone so we expected delays. Second... visit, cash only, no fountain drinks and this time the burgers were horrible. Reminded of the BBQ?s as a kid eating day oldburgers reheated in the microwave Read more
The best burgers hands down. Little burger all the way. Great consistency. Is it fast food? I don't know but it gets eaten fast.
I had a bacon cheeseburger with every topping, a small order of Cajun fries, and a bottle of water. Total was just over $14. The... wait was about 4 minutes. The taste was excellent!!! And the amount of fries was pleasing. They have free peanuts available tosnack on while you wait. The dining room is clean for the most part, but I did have to wipe my spot at the table before settlingin. The restrooms were also clean. 5 guys never usually disappoints, and this was no exception - an overall good experience. Read more
Went here with my entire office for lunch and we all had a great meal. Wait time was very reasonable for the size of our group,... as was the price. The quality of the food was great and the staff was friendly. Also worth mentioning, they number the burgersso it?s easy to tell who?s burger is which. Overall great lunch spot with easy parking.
