Pulled up in the Drive-thru this afternoon. Waited at the order sign for 10 minutes, trying to get someone to answer. To no... avail! Pulled around to the window & no one was in the store. We waited again. They closed!!!! Watched other cars, drive-thruand noone was present!!! We called the store about an hour later, they answered saying that the store was closed, drive-thru wasopen. I paid $5 for this I am so bummed. Better to go elsewhere for drinks. I added my ice in later and it still did not fill up to... the top. UPDATE: I called and explained that my cup was only filled halfway and they said come back later or tomorrow. I cameback the next morning and one of the girls explained that if I wanted it filled up to the top I have to ask for an extra pumpotherwise it is diluted. I'm not sure but I did get the cup filled up all the way and that's the way it should be if you paythat much for a drink. I prefer less ice in my drink and put into a separate cup. Read more
Wow! The best customer service experience in my entire life! They remembered my inquiry from a year ago about a pride cup or... mug for our daughter in Colorado. A year, or more later, they remembered and saved one for her! Every time we drive through orgo in the staff is amazing. Even if they are slammed or stressed. Read more
Really nice customer service. I ordered my drinks on the mobile app, but I came in before my drinks were ready, and the servers... were polite, and made small talk. The lobby is closed so waited in the drive thru line since I walked there in 40 degree weather to be told they will not serve... me. If a company is unable to provide basic expectations due to staffing issues or construction they should make sure to adaptto be able to provide the best customer service, all I wanted was a warm cup of anything on my walk. Huge disappointment, don'teven think about it unless your in a running vehicle. Read more
