Staff is friendly but may require more training for preparing subs, only 1 person was handling all orders which was taking lot... of time to prepare all orders. Parking is roadside,or back side there is one more parking lot where you can park easily. Read more
Staff is terrific and the food is great for a franchise. Purchased from this location for years and worked at one for a decade.... This locale's owners does a great job in upkeep and consistency. Bread is nearly always the same quality and baked the same.(Which I love when I order herb and cheese) not wheelchair accessible for the record. Read more
I used to eat here before, until today. The girl serving customers had a horrible attitude and provided ridiculous small... portions of food. I felt like I was not paying for my food, but begging for it. I wasted my money in this place!! Read more
Food is good but the manager attitude is terrible. After giving me an attitude I asked for napkins, she took off her gloves,... washed her hands and then picked up the napkins to give me wet from the water on hands and then puts the wet napkins back, puton gloves and give me the same wet napkins as if I wouldn?t notice. It's okay It's Subway It's not gourmet but it definitely didn't offend me. What I like about this location is that it was less... crowded than all the other food places in the area at the time which is really appreciated. Ordered a tuna sub (12") with mayo, honey mustard, cheese, guacamole (2 scoops), cucumber, tomatoes, sweet/sour green and red... peppers, pickles, and salt and pepper. The lady who waited on me was patient and followed my instructions exactly, withoutseeming confused or impatient. When I got home and tucked in, I found the sandwich perfect - exactly to my liking. Would goback to this location again because the person who prepared the sandwich was excellent at listening and prepared the sandwichcarefully and neatly. Excellent service. Read more
Sandwiches were pretty good! Ordered a Steak & Cheese with pretty much everything on it and there was some great flavor to it.... Not much else to it. Combo came with a pair of cookies. I had the oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip ones and they were good too. Read more
2 interactions(1- via phone 2- in person)Poor customer service. I was told over the ohone that platters couod be made on the... same day just as long as I ordered an hour in advance. Afew days later, I went to make an order. The team members did not knowhow to fulfill a large order as one of their team members stated. They didnt know what I was talking about. I was told to tryanother location. The establishment was not as sanitary as was stated i er the phone.(That day I went in was the first time).That was so nerve wrecking and stressful. I had one task to complete and I almost failed. An elder gave me a location to go to.Thankfully, another location was able to assist. They were also much cleaner. Read more
