This is not the first time I give a bad review. Only reason why is because it?s the only DD near my home (Literally) one block... away ???????????. First time was bad customer service from the own manager. This time it was because I ordered ahead everymorning before going to work and it?s not the first time it?s happens it?s like the 3rd time. I order medium iced coffee withthe creams and 3 swirls of hazelnut but there?s not swirl in the coffee. It?s upsetting how I have to toss a coffee I buybecause they don?t add the swirl. I?ll be brief. I?m a teacher and order on the go! Every morning. I love the workers they are super sweet and nice except the... manager, she has no type of communication with her customers and is very rude, always looking at people the wrong way. I?m notsure if she knows me by name but every time I order and she makes the drinks I always have a complaint (not sure if it?s onpurpose) but there?s always something wrong with my order. The two women behind the counter were extremely rude. I am apart of the T mobile Tuesdays program which allows us to get one... free medium latte every Tuesday. I went to this location to get one since it is relatively close to where I live. The workerAman rang me up and I specifically told her I needed a decaf latte with skim milk. I noticed on the receipt it said decaf coffeewith whole milk and when I asked her to switch it out she had an extremely rude attitude about it and told me that she was goingto charge me for the new one since the one she made ?was a waste?. Also when I walked away she called me stupid out loud whileother people were in the store. Do not go to this location they are really rude and racist and do not care about their customerswhatsoever.
