Caleb in the drive through was so amazing! I pulled up to the order menu and said ?I want a hot chocolate but I want it fancy... but don?t know what to put in it.? He asked me if I liked Raspberry and he hooked me up with an amazing hot chocolate thattasted like chocolate dipped raspberries. delicious. Will come again just to order from him! They charged my card 5 times and said it was being declined but each transaction went through on my statement. The manager said... they are having an issue with their machines. My credit card company is doing what they can from their end to get rid of thesetransactions. Read more

I came into this Starbucks today on a whim. Claudia asked me what I wanted and I told her to just make me her favorite coffee... drink. Marlin doctored it up with some extra raspberry syrup and I walked out with a iced white mocha with oat milk andraspberry syrup. Awesome drink decision and even better customer service!
