Caleb in the drive through was so amazing! I pulled up to the order menu and said ?I want a hot chocolate but I want it fancy... but don?t know what to put in it.? He asked me if I liked Raspberry and he hooked me up with an amazing hot chocolate thattasted like chocolate dipped raspberries. delicious. Will come again just to order from him! They charged my card 5 times and said it was being declined but each transaction went through on my statement. The manager said... they are having an issue with their machines. My credit card company is doing what they can from their end to get rid of thesetransactions. Read more

I came into this Starbucks today on a whim. Claudia asked me what I wanted and I told her to just make me her favorite coffee... drink. Marlin doctored it up with some extra raspberry syrup and I walked out with a iced white mocha with oat milk andraspberry syrup. Awesome drink decision and even better customer service! So gross. I would say 10% of the time I actually receive a decent coffee from here. The other half they have no flavor. Today I... got a Carmel iced coffee with light almond milk and my drink taste horrible and has curdled almond milk floating all in it.Management told us they?ve been working to improve there service about a month ago and clearly that hasn?t helped any. Great team. I've never seen a Starbucks with more cars in the drive thru. We decided to go inside and the team served us... quickly and got all the orders right. They were definitely working like a well oiled machine. Oh, and the place was nice andclean and the drinks were delicious ????. Read more
