Was very excited to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe and went today for the first time. Arrived at 12:50 and placed an order for one... smoothie and two of the featured Flatbread Flats. Our smoothie took 15 minutes and our Flatbreads took 38 minutes! They gavethem to us in a carry out bag and both were upside down and all the toppings were laying on the box top. The food was not evenwarm and the cheese wasn't melted. We could tell if they had been cooked correctly they would have been good. It was a Sundayand we did not see one employee that looked over 18 years old. The staff was trying so hard but didn't seem to know what theywere doing. One young lady working the smoothies looked like she was about to burst in to tears! We won't be back. Read more
i ordered a 3 cheese chicken quesadilla from this location, every single time i have ordered this the salsa always comes with... it. the salsa is the best part about this quesadilla. well today i ordered the quesadilla and when i got home to eat my food, iopen up my quesadilla box to only find that there is no salsa. i am very upset with the experience i had today. Smoothies have too much sugar, are subpar, and are pricier compared to what you can make at home. If you're too lazy to make... your own smoothie, you might as well just get a burger instead. Read more
My husband and I loved coming to this branch of Tropical Smoothie as it has my favorite smoothies in the area with the option of... subbing splenda out for regular sugar or getting no sugar at all. I am diabetic, so this option is very important to me. Thepast two times we have gone, I have ordered my smoothie with splenda and both times received a smoothie with regular sugar. Myhusband ordered a Peanut Butter Cup with extra peanut butter, and the first time didn't get the extra peanut butter at all, andthe second time...got the peanut butter in a cup on the side. Everytime we go here it is always fresh and wonderful. Drive thru takes a little while, but NO complaints here! The smoothies... are fantastic as well as the friendly staff!! Thank you ???? Read more
We have been (im)patiently waiting for this shop to open! It was so worth the wait. I ordered the Island Green which was the... perfect mix to not be too sweet. My husband ordered the Triple Berry Oat which was very thick and filling because of the oats,but still tasted great. Note there are only two sizes: 24 oz and 12 oz. Unless you specify, the default is 24 oz. 12 oz isconsidered their junior size. Update: the drive thru was very quick and convenient. And the staff did great with Covidprocedure. Read more
Stopped in the drive through for dinner and the guy working apologized and told us that there would be a short wait, that he was... the only person there. He really was the only person there. Working the lobby and the drive through. And being SO KIND andpositive while doing so. He still got our food done and out of the window in a timely manner. Give this guy a raise, move himup.
