The employees are great! Usually very polite. The manager however, i think her name is Brenda- in a polite way for the sake of... google- she?s a female dog. I?ve never seen someone so disrespectful to employees, especially mentally disabled employees. Ihope she gets help. She really needs some therapy with foul mouth of hers. I ordered through the app and subbed beef for beans, and I was suuuper hungry after a long road trip and ready for some food and... to be home. I get home and take a bite and there's beef... I go back and politely ask for a refund, they explain they can'tbecause I ordered through the app, but they can remake it. They also asked specifically if I wanted refried or black beans. Itold them refried, and waited for the food. I was in a little better mood, trying to be excited about eating some taco bellagain, get home for the 2nd time, and they were made with beef. Read more

Careful asking for no lettuce here, they might give you a tortilla with a squirt of nacho cheese, three grains of ground beef... and nothing else. Customer service is always good and quick so I'll give them that but the consistency of signature menu itemsat this location falls short. The memes of a sour cream burrito with a small bite of meat at the very end may have been startedhere. Read more
Nice employees, fast service. However I amnit sure if they just didn't make enough food for the night or purely didn't feel like... working. This is the lamest quesadilla and nacho bellgrande with extra cheese that i have ever received.. it was a sad taco bellnight. Read more
