This was my first experience at Orchid. I stopped in for lunch and was seated quickly. My server Vi, was very friendly, helpful... and prompt with my meal & beverages. After debating between the beef pho and the Lúc Lác Beef I decided to go with the latteras I had never tried it before. My meal came out relatively quickly for a busy restaurant during the lunch rush. It wasextremely hot as it was served on a hot plate. The beef was extremely tender cooked perfectly, the potatoes were crisp, and thesauce used on the dish was very flavorful. Overall, the service and the food were both fantastic. PERFECT COMBO OF SWEET & HEAT. The Special Thai Basil is the sizzling platter in the pic. I added shrimp. The sauce was a... slightly sweet coconut flavor with a nice kick of heat. Perfect combo. My friend had the veggie chow mein. I love their sesamechicken too! Will definitely order this entree again! Read more

Very good tasting food, and all the staff are superstars, wow, on the go and the best I've seen. Please beef up the portions on... your lunch menu, good amount of rice, eggrolls were the best, but the main portion, the entree was too small. Read more
My group had a good time on the pleasant patio. The spring rolls were fresh and the egg rolls are certainly good. I ordered the... Thai Basil special but it was an unappealing flavor. Overly sweet, and whomever expo?d the meal sent a tray dripping with saucewhich got on my jeans, and cost the server a bunch of time apologizing for it and trying to clean up the mess. Sauce on my jeansdid not bother me so much as the decision of a manager to send that meal out. I ate a small amount of my food and had the servertake away the rest. I never do that. This Thai basil special just tasted like sugary water or something and I couldn?t taste thevegetables. We sat around after dinner for a longer visit and still had remaining plates on the table which could have beencleared up as we had finished dinner. Combo was pricey with very few items. 3 cream cheese wontons but only 1 tiny spring roll that was mostly rice:/ Way too much for... such a small ?combination? and most of it was over-cooked (see picture). Will not be back. Read more
They have a gluten free menu - huge bonus!! I had the curry chicken and it was delicious. I?ll definitely eat there again.
