Absolutely rude service from a old lady inside who was cooking and I believe is the owner. She kept reminding us not to leave... rubbish on they table outside which we sat on while waiting for our order. There was a sign to not leave rubbish but she had tokeep reminding us. And most importantly the food. It was beyond awefull. The chips were all burnt and dark brown to black colourand the fish packet was filled with oil draining from the fish. And the fish was only filled with batter and very thin piece offish. Highly priced and rude place with disgusting food that would give you upset tummy. Not even worth one star! Read more

My husband, baby and I came here for fish and chips, thought we would try it since we have had their ice cream which we enjoy ... We ordered and then sat at a table they have outside the restaurant. While we were waiting for the food we were told we weren?tallowed to sit at the table very rudely by the older woman staff member, who I believe is the owner. Super confusing since theyhave tables with chairs outside, aren?t they supposed to be used for eating your meal? Once we got our food we had to leavesince the lady kept saying to go elsewhere! Cannot believe how someone can be so disrespectful! Once we finally got our food itwas just alright, fries were very soggy. Would not go back. This also was our favourite ice cream place, we would go at leastonce a week with family and friends. Will not be going back there either, due to this unfortunate circumstance. Read more

The halibut was fresh and delicious. Some of the best fish and chips I have ever had. After make sure to get ice cream next... door at the crazy cow. Amazing, handmade, organic ice cream. It is out of this world. Definitely the best I have ever had! Read more

Only take out at this place. First time here. Fish was good. Chips I thought were something that you can buy frozen as they were... all uniform size and shape however there were a few which were odd shaped and size. Gravy was tasty but was not keen on thecoleslaw. It had a very different taste. Price wise it was on par with other places. Service was a bit slow even though wecalled ahead but there was only one person and a trainee so I can understand. Not sure if I'll be going again. They need to havemushy peas Read more

Also amazing burgers ans FRESH cut fries which are also nice and crispy! Tartar sauce is so good. Oneof the best I?ve tried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Read more

As authentic as London? fish and chips! The tartare sauce was really good. It was a great way to end the day and have a snack... before returning home. I like that there were tables available nearby and it?s just in front of the beach. Will definitely goback for some fish and chips. Don?t forget to ask for salt for the fries! Read more

Our family enjoyed a wonderful lunch with courteous and fast service, even though it was clear that the shop was busy - which is... always a good sign! - and the chef/hostess was responsible for all manner of things, and nearly entirely on her own. Deliciousdishes all, and we loved the fried pickles! Read more

Low key restaurant that blends into the sea side streets of White Rock. Has a nice view of the waters from the street side... tables. Food was between average-good. Ingredients are fresh, but lacks uniqueness when compared to other seafood restaurants inthe strip. We had the Captain's Platter and Fish Tacos which had generous portions. Unfortunately, they ran out of mangoes forthe fish tacos which they told us about soon after ordering. We'll try this place again given their reasonable prices andquality food. Read more
