Food was hot and fresh and right on time due to manager Tim. I was trying to order pizzas for a lunch event but had a... miscommunication on the phone. I called back to discuss this with a manager ... Tim answered, was extremely nice and considerateof my feelings. He took my order with gusto and genuine concern for my customer satisfaction. SHOUT OUT to Patrice! ( Hopefully I spelled her name correctly!) She was a true leader in the kitchen. We watched her calmly... handle lazy workers with grace and elegance. She takes real pride in any arena she finds herself in. She blessed us more thanshe knows. Our daughter and my husband were both having an emotional day and she really touched us. Went to drive-thru, ordered one pizza and one bread sticks. Food was good. The employee told us the wait time was 25 minutes. It... actually took bout 45 and the order was wrong. Read more

We love Little Caesars. It's a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3... good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase Iexpect it to at least be the same as it's always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you bettergive it 30 & some. I've waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand thecashiers aren't making the pizzas, but I'd appreciate an "It's taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it outas soon as we can" or something! Instead they've been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand & assume they'reso untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations & have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed downthe drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers. Literally just left this location, came in with my princesses right before close and was assisted by Tim. The customer service... was top notch! Usually when you enter a restaurant right before close, the employees make you feel a little uncomfortable butthere were nothing but smiling faces, wonderful customer service and amazing food. Ever since Little Caesar's changed locations in Williamston to the new building they built, they do not answer the phone! I have... called several times an hour before closing time (and sometimes earlier than that) and no answer! Two of the times they didanswer on another occasion, I was hung up on! Tonight I called at 8:13pm (Sunday they close at 9pm), no answer. So I then putthe order in the app (8:15pm)...after wasting more time and typing in all the debit card info, it then says I cannot order atthis location. Hope it didn't still charge me--not that they're expensive. Honestly this was always our go-to when we neededsomething quick and easy (there are not a ton of options close by if you end up skipping out on cooking yourself last minute)but apparently not any more. unfortunately lobby was full of angry people.. phones are taken off the hook before 9pm on line orders stopped drive through... closed.. cashier is saying she can't take orders after 930 and it was 915. she took my order charged people for crazy saucethen there was none couldn't give the money back. Tried calling to place order ahead of time and phone was off the hook. This was at 9:15. Pulled up 9:45 and door was locked. I... asked y they closed early they said they close at ten. Horrible employees. Need to get rid of every one and start new. Read more
