I realize there was an issue with my order when I got home. two days had passed... and I was getting frustrated that I didn't have my receipt so I stopped in the store anyway to see if my issue could beresolved. Order a chipotle pizza for rapid pick up. Arrived within 10 mins and still had to wait. When I finally got my pizza and arrived... home my order was incorrect and my pizza was cold. There was no bacon on the chipotle chicken & ?bacon? pizza anc it was cold. Iinstantly called to speak to the manager, spoke with Rachel who was no sincere at all. She didn?t really seem apologetic at all.She asked me if I wanted them to make me another one which obviously I did. Nothing to compensate from me having to drive allthe way back to the store, even when I went back to return the first Pizza she just handed me mines and that was it. Definitelylacks customer service. Ordered pickup from this Panera at 3:30PM for a 5PM pickup. When I arrived at 5:05PM my order hadn?t even been started yet. At... 5:30PM I asked for my money back as I had a pressing appointment to keep. At this, the manager got visibly angry, told me thatthey?re doing the best they can, and that I just had to wait? The restaurant is very clean and spaced out. Pick up orders are all the way in the back. Staff was friendly and the food came... out hot and was ready for pick up at our scheduled time. There is parking right in the front and overall, it was a good placefor a quick lunch with some delicious food. I had the flatbread, the strawberry lemonade drink, and a vanilla cinnamon roll totop it off. Read more
Ordered the food out. The broccoli cheddar / Mac /soup was pretty good. The avocado sandwich was pretty good as well but the way... they wrapped was just a mess. Would be great if they paid more attention to that.. Read more
This was my first tasting and dining experience at a Panera Bread. I placed my order at the counter (vs. self order/checkout... kiosk). The counter server was polite, knowledgeable and patient as I tried to choose between two choices. I ended up with thePick 2 option and ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and the half Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the complimentarybaguette. I loved the salad and will definitely order that again. Ingredients were fresh and the dressing was light and sweet.The sandwich had good BBQ flavor and decent amount of chicken. I tasted my friend's Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and I thinkperhaps I enjoyed that more because it paired better with my salad. I also tasted the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup andthat was delicious. Not heavy, good flavor, and finished it off with my baguette. I will definitely be back for the salad andsoup alone. Normally don't have issues playing an order and then picking up, the food is pretty good, but sometimes the sandwich is really... well made, sometimes it looks like it was just quickly thrown together. Still tastes good though. Check the take out bag forutensils, it doesn't matter what you put online, you probably don't have them! Also, went in today and they had no diet soda,and no alternative, maybe it's time to upgrade the drinks machine? If you're ordering through the website, be prepared for 2-3prompts to join the unlimited sip club, which isn't appreciated! Read more
