I have been to this bubble tea place for several times, and my experiences were always good. I order different things every time... but the staff are always patient and nice, well that might because I always left a tip for them every time. Milk teas are usually decent, but the wateriness and lack of boba firmness is holding them back. Bobas have been consistently... mushy lately (2022 fall) and the tea watered down. not great. I'm onto little viet as my regular place. I saw someone else saidthey turned down phone orders and refer to app ordering. Had this happen to me as well. Staff are usually nice and patient inperson. Such terrible customer service. So we (me, my gf, and brother) walked in, saw couple customers waiting for their drinks. Ok,... thats fine. Well wait. Its time for us to order, the what appears to be a "supervisor" is doing our bills. And it feels like hehad a bad day or somethin, and hes like upset that we dont know what were doing, i understand. But, dont give that attitudetowards your customers that goes there once in a while. I was going to order a couple of drinks, but at the end, we just walkedout, i did not have patience anymore towards the last drink order. was very much not good and tasted mid. the smoothies are not smoothied and horrible texture, i got a slushie and it was the... texture of when oat milk sits in coffee for a little. had to toss it out since it was un-drinkable. the regular boba was alsomid. think of the most average bubble tea possible with yummy pearls and you have this place. Went there this evening and the guy working was so rude. He was having a conversation with someone on his airpods. I told him my... order, asked for no ice and no sugar. He proceeded to make my tea and as I saw him pour a glass full of ice in the cup and saidexcuse me I asked for no ice, he then says, "no you didn't, well, it's too late now." He then continued to make the drink withice and says you only said no sugar. Well, if he wasn't on the phone while he was taking a customer's order I'm sure he'd hearproperly. I don't care abt the drink, what really matters is customer service and how he spoke to me. It was in a verycondescending manner and in front of other customers as well.
