Long drive through and they never give a receipt. When your order is wrong, you have no proof and no receipt to reconcile your... credit card statement at the end of the month. A clear consumer violation. Read more

Slow. Got the pretzel burger and was really disappointed. Heavy Horseradish flavor. Smashed, and not put together well. They... were out of co2 so couldn?t get a soda. Got a lemonade and it was extremely sweet; not filled properly. With that said, this isfast food and you get what you pay for. Hence 3 stars and not just 1 star. Read more

I went to get lunch, I got a medium combo but after getting back to work I noticed they only gave me fries and a drink, I went... back a couple minutes later because I work a few minutes from this location. I get there and tried to explain the situation andnobody could understand me and I felt bad for making the person behind me in the drive thru wait after I repeated myself aboutfive times to different employees and eventually I got the sandwich finally and I asked if I could pay for the person behind metoo because I felt bad and then when I check my bank account later I see they also charged me for the sandwich I was missing toooriginally without telling me that? I don?t like that their was nobody that could understand me or they didn?t use commonsense?? I?m not going back anymore. They need people that can actually handle things. Read more

We?ve always had great experiences at this Wendy?s. Most often we stop if it?s a late night (Disney, concerts, games) because... they?re one of the only places open later at night. We were the only car in the drive thru this visit and ordered 2 meals and acouple individual items. The person taking the order was friendly and we paid and got our food in a couple minutes. There wereno missing items and the food was hot. Perfect for a late night meal. Read more

In the drive-through for 30 minutes two cars ahead of me both of them drove off. I decided to go inside six people working no... one inside as far as customers. Oh I don?t have anybody to take your order at the register you have to use the kiosk. Then dotell me what any of the people are doing inside of that Wendy?s. Do not come here unless you have an hour of time to waste. Read more

It's exactly what you expect, they just won't answer the drive through. Theyre either sitting on their phones, or cleaning up... the restaurant and mopping up the floors 2 hours before closing, ignoring a line of cars waiting. Visibly upset with you forbeing there later at the night and openly disrespectful. My food was clearly tampered with. I'm so sorry that you don't get togo home the exact moment your shift ends, it must be so hard for you kids to have to actually do the job you were hired for.Just close the restaurant at 9pm and stop paying these losers. The employees are just sitting around collecting a paycheckinstead of doing their job. Cut their hours and send them home at 9pm, they aren't making you any money and are walking 90-100%of customers past 11pm. Read more

Waited 10 minutes in line, 5 minutes at menu area to make order that I had to repeat three times, and another 5 at payment -... thought this would be fast, cheap food. I was wrong on all counts. *Update* I felt so strongly dissatisfied by my experience atthis location that I called their 1-800 number for customer service to complain. After waiting on hold for an hour I was able tospeak to a service rep who listens sympathetically to my story and told me that I would be contacted by the district manager ofthat location. 05/21 3:39pm I would like to suggest the operator/owner of this location to please invest time in coaching their Managers. The... person who took my order made a mistake and I noticed in the second window and I asked the girl at the window if she could fixit and she said yes and was actually very polite. It looks like she needed assistance from the manager, the manager had anattitude the entire time and the way she spoke to me was very rude. It makes me question how the employees are treated by her.Please provide her with customer service 101, because she needs to go back to basics. Update 11/12/2021 No one was availableto take orders in the lobby tonight. I counted at least 4 people behind the counter. If you are "short staff" at least make surethat your kiosks are working properly. Read more
