In the last year or so, this restaurant has really gone downhill. The place is not clean, windows and drive up window are... filthy, bathroom is a total mess and no paper supplies, the whole place including the outside needs attention! I love their chicken sandwiches but when you go here there's a possibility u won't get the right order, like not even just one... of your items is something different. Alright to start. The staff is friendly and obviously very understaffed and overworked. However the restaurant is dirty the... vibe and atmosphere is horrible. I don't think anyone has been trained here in years, and they certainly don't listen to the customer. Forget customizing your... order entirely - it never works. Just ordering a "Jumbo Jack with Cheese" stumped the drive thru lady. Over and over weexplained it's just like on the menu. She kept asking what kind of cheese and what else was on it and such. It's practicallywhat the business is known for! Order a drink with no ice (I don't trust that the ice machines have been cleaned) and there'sice. Finally, learning how to take an order would be strongly appreciated. When someone says they'd like one item, and you say"anything else?" almost immediately it's weird. Then we say one more item and you say, "anything else?" and so on. Frankly,I've often ordered less to avoid the annoyance. Let a person finish talking, please. Read more
Absolutely worst Jack-in-the-Box I?ve ever been to! My drink was half full with no straw, I asked for a medium fry and the lady... gave me a small. She asked what kind of sauce we wanted, gave us everything we did not ask for. Drive thru lady was not nice,Neither was the other lady who gave me my straw after I went in. She was going to give it to the other couple, because shewasn?t paying attention. The tacos we ordered are super cold and the cheese is stiff. Bathrooms been out of order for more than a month. That's why I recommend going to a different Jack in the Box. Food made me... sick too I don't know why, but I have ate here other times and it's been good. Read more
