I not embarrassed to say after a year and a half of many surgeries on my mouth I finally got my teeth back today and decided to... make the Jersey Mikes subs in Woodbridge the first real meal I ate and it didn?t disappoint. I picked up a sub here earlier this week. Ordered a regular #13 and was surprised when the employee started slicing meat for a... tiny piece of bread. It must of only been 6-8 inches long. The meat, and even the cheese, is sliced paper thin. The bread theyused was stale and the crust was hard. This thing cost me $11. I don't know how this store can justify this price when at least4 competitors in the area give a considerably greater amount of food on a sub that's full size for the same price or just $1-2more. They started out great, but lately have been very sloppy. With my most recent order, two items were entirely missing, and two of... the three sandwiches we got were on the wrong bread. It took a month, and a half-dozen emails to get refunded for the missingitems. When I finally got my refund, it came with a coupon that wasn't even good for that location. I would have to go miles outof my way ro use it. I doubt I'll order here again. Read more

My sandwich and service were great! I physically went in to place my order at the new Woodbridge, NJ location (Shoprite plaza... area) on Saturday evening, Sept 24, 2022. Since some of the reviews weren?t so good I wanted to see for myself the set up,counters, veggies and workers to gage if I wanted to order from here, and to my surprise everything was on point (neat, cleanand professional). There was an African American gentlemen (who I believe was the lead or manager on duty) who was veryaccommodating to my requests even though I came in like 15 minutes before closing time. Decided to stop at this location for lunch and had high expectations due to it being my first time ever eating at Jersey Mike?s.... Let me tell you how great my experience was. It was peak lunch hours and it was pretty busy to begin with. Even though theworkers were busy making orders they still stopped to greet me and anyone who walked in after me. Ordering was super easy, Ididn?t know what to get so I had the person taking my order recommend one. I went with their suggestion of the Club Sub and waspleasantly surprised about how fast I received my sub. I?ve worked in food service before and know that sometimes during a rushyou may be going too fast and mess up or make a mess. Not the case for those making my sub! They were delicate with my sub theentire process and all of the ingredients looked fresh. Wish I could give another star. This store is going to be my new lunchspot. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff always welcomes you and serves you with a smile... on their face, they are always cheerful and friendly while serving you. I will definitely be coming back here!!
