This place is the best Ethiopian restaurant around (and I've tried several). The food is just delicious (very vegetarian/vegan... friendly), the staff (especially the lady at the front counter) is always so kind and warm, and the interior design of therestaurant is beautiful. They even have vegan baklava (I haven't found that elsewhere). Love love love coming here and encourageanyone who loves flavorful food and a lovely atmosphere to try it too. Read more

Absolute perfection... in a warm, cozy and unassuming setting. This place is the real deal, without the big price tag of "fancy"... Ethiopian restaurants in the DMV area. This was a great place! The interior is very clean and wonderfully decorated, with holiday music playing in the background... giving a cheery festive feel. We ordered the abeba gomen (breaded cauliflower) starter, a veggie platter, and a meat-veggiecombo platter, which was enough for a filling meal for four people. The food was all very delicious!
