Absolutely horrible. Only had two types of bread and cheese, no sauce for the roasted garlic sandwich, and the guy who made my... sandwich literally just threw it together and didn't seem to know what he was doing. I ordered through the drive through first, and if they are "to busy" the crew doesn't even address the customers waiting in the... drive through. I went in to order, and It took 30-45 mins to make 3 sandwiches, and they got my bread wrong, but that was theleast of my problems. It took the employees 4 attempts to ring me out, and give me the correct change. We also tried to callwhile waiting in the drive through, and it went straight to voice mail. Read more
We attempted to use the kiosk to order in the drive thru. The touch screen was not working properly so we called to verify if... our order went through. They answered and said yes, they are making it and hung up without confirmation of our order. Whensomeone FINALLY came to the window, they had an order that was not ours. Instead of offering to take our order, we were told todrive around and use the poorly functioning kiosk. No thank you. Read more
Can't believe how slow or pathetic the system was! There was a self order kiosk/screen in the drive through - which seemed a... great idea and easy to place order - i wanted to see all drive through systems like this (speaker was super loud though).However, end experience was a nightmare. There was just one person ahead of me and she ordered 4 subs only but her order tooknearly 30-ish minutes via drive through - YES 30! When finally I reached the counter, staff said they didn't recieve my order atfirst but then they were able to locate it. Also, no body came on window for couple minutes until after i knocked and called.Then they said they were out of veggie patty - so kiosk system wasn't maintained for real time stock but then they were promptafterwards. Overall staff seemed nice and helping once i was able to get to human but until then it was super slow. Not sure ifit was human/staffing or system issue. Overall wait 40-45 mins just for 2 subs - delayed my journey and reached my destinationpretty late night = pathetic! Read more
They locked the door as I was walking up to it at 8:30pm. Went through the drive thru which is 24 hr. Didn't have bread, didn't... have cheese, didn't have meatballs, didn't have turkey.. the little kid running the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful.6/26/2022. How can you be a 24 hr store and have nothing and rude customer service. This is a garbage subway and needs newmanagement and workers. I won't recommend this store to anyone. Read more
Absolutely terrible! My sandwich was missing half the ingredients. No sauce, no mustard. It wasn't supposed to be toasted. It... wasn't even cut in half!! I called to see what they can do about it and Cory said I should find a different Subway nexttime...WHAT?! Read more
As soon as I stepped up to order, noticed a sign that stated they were out of a number of items. The food prep area needed some... attention. There was ice in the food area and many items missing. I should have walked out at that moment but I was starving????. When employee was done taking care of us, she started having conversation with other employee about boyfriend. They shouldhave used their time to clean the store instead of talking. Only 2 other customers in store so they had plenty of time to cleanlike the booth my sister and I were sitting at.
