Just went to UB and was really excited to have a double bacon cheeseburger combo. A Seriously right price for quality meal I... gotta say! However customer service is a major part of the experience. We were the only people in there at the time and theserver looked less than impressed to take our order after we happily wanted for her to even come talk to us. After getting thewrong food we did take it back to tell her and she simply looked at us and said "oh well I only charged you for the cheeseburger" not acknowledging her mistake but blaming us, saying that's what we told her. Then gave a rude and sarcastic "sorry"with a glare. I'd expect this sort of attitude from a teenager but this woman was well seasoned with a full head of silver. Noattempt to correct our order was ever offered. Good food, Just poor service. Read more

Visited for first time in few years went during recent Street fest. Ordered poutine and onion rings milkshake. Gravy wasn't good... tasting at all onion rings dry milkshake was the only good item. We won't be back... our limited take out budget can be betterspent elsewhere Read more
Lovely service of what seemed like a family run location. Got a very full belly while passing through town and a Buffalo chicken... poutine to try for free! It?s a very flavourful messy poutine if you?re looking for something different. Bourbon St. Burger wasvery hickory and onion rings are beautiful to look at as well as taste. Friendly server. Great prices. I ordered the Bourbon St Burger with cheese and bacon. It was amazing! Cheapest beer I?ve ever... seen in a restaurant! Sorry, I had to take a bite out of the burger before I could take a picture of it because it looked sogood! The window table I sat at was a little sticky from the finish being worn off. We used to love this place. We stopped in for a bite in our way through Woodstock. So disappointing. Burgers were dry and... overcooked. As were the burger toppings and fries. The milkshake saved the meal for my son and the server was friendly. Read more
